Campuses
City Campus is on Goldsmith Street. Most NTU courses are taught there. It is the closest campus to the Radford and Hyson Green buildings.
Clifton Campus is south of the river and is used mainly for health and education. The trip from our buildings goes through the city centre by bus or tram. None of the buildings is within walking distance of Clifton.
Confetti is in the city centre, in the Creative Quarter. The ride from Radford and Hyson Green is short.
The journey
NCT buses run through Radford, Hyson Green and Gregory Boulevard into the centre and on towards City Campus. The ride is often 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the building and the stop.
The NET tram crosses the centre. Not every building is beside a stop. Some residents walk or cycle, and there is bike storage on site. If you need a particular campus, ask which buildings to look at.
Contracts
Tenancies are 49 or 52 weeks. A 52-week contract covers a placement or a summer in Nottingham, so you are not moving out in June and back in September.
There is a quiet study room, separate from the lounge. Wi-Fi is in the rent. Doors use a fob, CCTV covers the communal areas, and staff are on site at all hours.
