- Council tax (full-time students are exempt and send a certificate within 7 days of enrolment), laundry (pay per use) and your TV licence.
- How you pay
- Monthly, termly or upfront. Paying upfront in full saves £200. Your payment plan is shown when you are offered a room.
- Contract length
- 49 to 52 weeks.
- Guarantor
- An adult whose main home is in the UK. You do not need one if you pay in full by the deadline. International student? Ask the team about guarantor options
- Cancelling

Within 7 working days of paying the deposit, and before the contract starts, the deposit is refunded in full. After that and before 31 July there is a £75 cancellation fee and £24 is refunded. After 31 July the deposit is kept and you may still be liable for rent.

Yes. Gas, electricity, water, ultra-fast Wi-Fi and contents insurance are all included in your weekly rent. There are no hidden costs. The only separate charge is on-site laundry, which is pay-as-you-go.
