- £99, taken when you accept a room offer. It is held by the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and returned at the end of your stay. There is no booking fee.

- All bills (water, electricity, heating and Wi-Fi, up to typical use) and contents insurance.
- Not included
- Council tax (full-time students are exempt and send a certificate within 7 days of enrolment), laundry (pay per use) and your TV licence.
- How you pay
- Monthly, termly or upfront. Paying upfront in full saves £200. Your payment plan is shown when you are offered a room.
- Contract length
- 49 to 52 weeks.
- Guarantor
- An adult whose main home is in the UK. You do not need one if you pay in full by the deadline. International student? Ask the team about guarantor options
