About the Duplex Studio
The Duplex Studio is our most distinctive layout, with split-level living that creates clear zones for relaxing, studying and sleeping. You still get fully private studio living with your own en-suite bathroom and kitchenette.
Every Duplex Studio comes with a Smart TV (32" LCD with Freeview), free wired and wireless broadband, and a high-gloss kitchen fitted with the latest appliances. All bills — gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi — are included in your weekly rent, along with comprehensive contents insurance.
The building is managed by our on-site hospitality team 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with fob-controlled entry and 24/7 CCTV throughout. Duplex Studios are available across 8 buildings in Nottingham — close to both Nottingham Trent University and the University of Nottingham.

What is the difference between a Duplex Studio and an en-suite room?
En-suite rooms have a private bathroom but a shared kitchen and lounge with a small group of flatmates. A Duplex Studio is entirely self-contained — you have your own kitchenette inside your room so you never need to share any facilities. It's the more independent option.
How much does a Duplex Studio cost?
