Contract length
49 to 52 weeks.
Guarantor
An adult whose main home is in the UK. You do not need one if you pay in full by the deadline. International student? Ask the team about guarantor options
Cancelling
  1. First 7 working daysFull refund of your £99, as long as the contract has not started
  2. Then until 31 July£75 cancellation fee, the rest of the deposit back
  3. After 31 JulyDeposit kept and rent may still be due
The full wording

Within 7 working days of paying the deposit, and before the contract starts, the deposit is refunded in full. After that and before 31 July there is a £75 cancellation fee and £24 is refunded. After 31 July the deposit is kept and you may still be liable for rent.
