A weekly price only means something once you know whether gas, electricity, water and internet are inside it.

Here, en-suite rooms start at £99 a week and deluxe en-suites at £114. Studios start at £148. The duplex studio starts at £174. Those figures include gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and contents insurance. Contracts are 49 or 52 weeks.
University halls publish their own rates. Some include bills and some do not. A shared house is often advertised at a lower weekly rent, with the energy and broadband accounts still to open. Add those before you compare it with a price that already includes them.
The room types page lists the current starting price for each type. A building page shows what is actually free in that building.
