Each building has staff on site, including overnight. Deposits are registered with the Deposit Protection Service, and the company is a member of The Property Ombudsman.
The rooms and the staff
Nineteen buildings in Nottingham and West Bridgford. Weekly rent starts at £99 and includes gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and contents insurance. The room is furnished, with a bed, a desk and a wardrobe. Staff are on site through the night.
NTU City Campus is on Goldsmith Street. University Park, the main University of Nottingham campus, is a bus ride from the Radford and Hyson Green buildings, usually about 20 to 25 minutes.

Maintenance, mail and night-time access are handled by the team in the building. You are not raising a repair with a landlord you have never met.
Deposits and complaints
Deposits are registered with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). The company is a member of The Property Ombudsman, so a complaint about the tenancy has somewhere to go outside the building. Doors are fobbed and the communal areas are on CCTV.
Staff on site
Someone is in the building at all hours, including weekends and the Christmas break. They handle check-in, parcels and anything that cannot wait until the office opens.
